Exchange and Returns policies
The following terms and conditions apply to online orders made at www.guridi.mx
Shipments
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. The delivery time is 2 to 3 business days, it may vary depending on the parcel.
How to make changes?
We offer changes or returns only Mexico based only.
1. Send an email to guridi.mx@gmail.com attaching the order number of your purchase and indicating which items you want to change.
2. We will send you a courier guide to return the product.
3. Your package should include the returns form you received by email. This document must be included so that the change can be processed. Please indicate the items you are returning on this document.
4. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (preferably in the original package).
5. The refund time will be 5 days from the date of shipment.
Policies
- Changes of items purchased on the site are accepted within 15 calendar days from the day the product is received.
- Delivery time is 2-4 business days. It can vary depending on the package and season. We only make changes, WE DO NOT MAKE RETURNS of items purchased online, to make a change you must send an email to guridi.mx@gmail.com attaching the order number of your purchase and indicate which items you want to change.
- For return policies to apply, merchandise must be returned unused, with tags in place, and must be accompanied by the original return form.
Defective or wrong items
Any defective item or product that is different from the original order can be returned or exchanged within the first 10 days of receiving the item.
Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.
